How is my product created?
Once you have placed and order for one of our pre-existing cool products, or designed your own unique accessory on the website, a design file is generated. This file makes it way to our 3D printing partner in Belgium where it is individually crafted. The process involves in-direct 3D printing, casting, and plating. Unicorn dust has nothing on us.
When will my product ship?
Because each product ordered on Accent3D.com is individually produced, it does take some time to bring your concept to reality. The total process can take up to 3 weeks after your order is placed. We realize this will require some patience…a virtue that is sometimes tough to maintain….trust us, we know. Epictetus stated “No great thing is suddenly created”, and we tend to agree with him. Your one of a kind Accent3D accessory is worth a little patience…so hang in there!
How is my product shipped?
All orders are shipped by UPS International 2 day.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.
Why was my credit card declined?
Most credit cards are declined because the billing address you entered does not match the address your bank has on file. Please be sure to double check this, and if that does not work, please send us an email at
Can I apply a promotion code to an order I already placed?
Prices are subject to change and unfortunately we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.
